Why do I do this to myself? June 17th, 2008

Today I decided to start a detox diet, I’m usually a very healthy person and I try to go out running at least 3 times a week but just recently I have found myself craving junk food! The past few weeks all iv eaten is chocolate and sweets so I decided today that enough is enough and I have not had anything with sugar in it at all.

I think my body is in shock though! I’m shattered and I have had a headache all day! I really don’t know why I do this to myself sometimes! I must be mad!

I have decided to try and keep it up for 2 weeks, it usually gets a bit easier after the first few days!
